A handy snack-time mixture of your favorite dried fruits and nuts!
15 cups, or about 30 servings
1 cup dried cranberries 1. Mix all ingredients. Store in an airtight container or heavy zip lock bag. Additional ingredient ideas: Dried papaya, granola chunks, roasted almonds, puffed sesame, honey roasted peanuts, chopped figs, prunes, dried apricots, dried bananas, dried apples, or any other nut or dried fruit.

This is a handy high-protein (if you have a lot of nuts in it) snack, and makes a great treat for children. It can be quickly and easily packed inside a sack lunch for at school or work.We love this! My rating: 10/10
