Tammy's Review:

This is one of my favorite tomato dishes. In the summer, it's a great way to enjoy fresh tomatoes. In the winter, you can substitute tomato juice and have a warm wintery "soup". It's simple, but SO tasty! My rating: 9/10

Please see the recipe above for my complete review! Thanks! ~Tammy

I made it and everyone liked it but if I make it again I will add some tomato juice or tomato sauce to it.It was a bit dry to me.Everyone liked it though.

I love fresh tomato taste, as opposed to the processed sauce taste, but this was just too dry for me. We like a lot of sauce/tomato. This also wasn't as flavor as we'd have liked, which would have been helped with more tomato also. We ended up adding some more sauce to it, as well as some Parmesan cheese. This recipe just wasn't our thing.
